<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>4 cup Shell pasta</p>
<p>1.5 cup pasta sauce (tomato based)</p>
<p>2 TBSP olive oil</p>
<p>2 large Green peppers &#8211; chopped</p>
<p>1 large Red pepper &#8211; chopped</p>
<p>2 medium Carrots &#8211; chopped</p>
<p>1 large red onion &#8211; chopped</p>
<p>2 TSP paprika</p>
<p>2 TSP/ To taste Salt</p>
<p>2 TSP/To taste Black pepper</p>
<p>2 TSP crushed dried Basil  leaves</p>
<p>2-3 Garlic cloves chopped</p>
<p><strong>Directions: </strong></p>
<p><span>Add </span><span>water necessary to cook the  amount of pasta</span><span> to a deep pan. Bring to a boil. </span><span>Add to the water about 1 teaspoon of salt per quart.  Cook pasta till <em>al dente. </em>Drain pasta and keep aside.</span></p>
<p><span>Chop vegetables in small pieces (3/4 in x 3/4 inch). Heat olive oil in a saute pan at medium high. Add chopped garlic. Cook for half a  minute and add onions. Cook onions for 2-3 minutes and then add vegetables. Saute till they are tender. Add pasta and and tomato sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt, black pepper, paprika and crushed Basil. Cook for another 2-3 minutes. Serve hot.<br />

<p>Peel mangoes and make cubes of 1/2 in x 1/2 in. Dress strawberries and cut each vertically in two half. Take a bowl and mix mango cubes and cut strawberries. Add lemon juice, paprika, salt and sugar. Sprinkle chopped cilantro and mix again. Serve cold.</p></div>

<p><strong>Description:</strong> Indian Tea with sweet and mild spicy flavor</p>
<p><strong>Ingredients:</strong></p>
<p>2 cup cold water<br />
2 cup milk (or to taste)<br />
3-4 stick cinnamon (1.5 inch stick broken in small pieces)<br />
4 whole green cardamons<br />
4  whole cloves<br />
6 black peppercorn<br />
6 teaspoon sugar (or to taste)<br />
3-4 teaspoon leaf tea (heaping)</p>
<p><strong>Directions: </strong></p>
<p>Put water in a deep pan. Add spices, sugar and tea in water and bring to a boil. Stir to blend, reduce heat and simmer for 6-8 minutes. Add milk, cover the pan, keep the heat on low and let the spices blend with milk for at least 6-8 minutes. Bring the water to a second boil. Uncover, check the color and taste, and if desired add more milk and sugar. Strain the tea into a warm teapot, and serve immediately.</p>
